Fear is evil so put your armor on and never allow the darkness into you.
Anxiety is telling you to get a grip and ground yourself. Allow the light in and know you will be fine.
Take slow deep breaths and slow down your blood flow to your heart and brain.
Find a nice calm place in your mind and remember to keep breathing.
