Fear is evil so put your armor on and never allow the darkness into you. Anxiety is telling you to get a grip and ground yourself. Allow the light in and know you will be fine. Take slow deep breaths and slow down your blood flow to your heart and brain. Find a nice calm place in your mind and remember to keep breathing. jmho
Sharing it. The next best thing to someone going through a trauma with you - and them crumbling like you - is to relive your memory of that experience with someone who feels that pain. Misery loves company.
