It seems that more and more often, we hear, "There Is Nothing To Watch Anymore".
No matter how many networks or how many ways to watch something.. Zip!
Or how much it costs us
Boring or the same ol' same ol' predictable crap laugh or an agenda is getting shoved down our throats. doh

If you find something you think is worth watching or just want to rant about about what you wasted time watching, grin ...put it here.

(52:17) "The Stolen: Spain's Missing Babies" (Trafficking Documentary)

Up to 300,000 babies in Spain were stolen from ‘undesirable’ families and trafficked by an unholy alliance of doctors, the Catholic Church and Franco’s Secret police. Now, decades on, some of these stolen children are trying to find their biological families. The racket began shortly after the Spanish Civil War as a way of stopping a new generation of ‘Reds’ or Republican supporters, from emerging. But it continued until the early 1990s, decades after Franco’s death, for economic reasons. Poor women or single mothers would enter a Church run hospital to give birth and be told that their child had died during labour. The babies would then be placed with ’appropriate’ wealthy families, usually in exchange for a donation. Lily is one of the thousands of babies illegally adopted. We follow her as she tries to track down her birth family

I stopped watching TV, years ago, and gave them away laugh So not sure what MeTV is? I assume a cable channel?
Once in a while, I watch a movie or documentary in my phone, usually via an app. Which is why I am so disappointed with "Catherine The Great".. I paid for the app, to watch it.

‘Downton Abbey: A New Era’ .. Opened in theaters in May and will be shown ONLY ON PEACOCK on JUNE 24th
(Peacock is free on GooglePlayStore)

The streamer also revealed the launch of a new 24/7 Downton Abbey channel for fans to catch up ahead of the second film’s release. All 6 seasons of the hit series, the first movie, and the one-hour special The Manners of Downton Abbey are currently available on Peacock.

Uni is reporting 48% were over 55. Similar to the first, it’s leaning 73% women. If New Era marked some people’s first time back to the cinema during Covid times, they’ll see everything is normal, and hopefully this will be a catalyst for more older women to attend; they having been reluctant during the pandemic.

Some exhibitors have mentioned that Downton 2 repped the first time they saw older patrons since pre-pandemic.

Together, Universal and Focus are providing 30 movies to cinemas this year. And we talk diversity, it doesn’t just mean appealing to various demographics, but different types and scales of movies.
