galrads: Yeah, Thanks for asking. I miss a lot about the work and the many challenges in the environmental sciences world but I miss my people mostly. I typically had around seven direct supervisions and more indirectly too. I was lucky to hire people smarter than myself and I never had one union grievance against me. I seldom saw my bosses and I ran whenever I heard mention of a committee forming.
