euchre...spades and now hearts have become my faves.....although I found hearts a bit hard to get my head wrapped around because its opposite to the other games I play....a game of non tricks rather than the most tricks.....

Not being into multisyllabics, I do know a lot of two letter words... i just used the two one letter words available, but I still have 100 two letter words to go. Just wait till I get into monosyllabics.

I haven't played Scrabble in years, but we were brought up on it. It was the go-to family board game. The set had lovely wooden tiles rather than the plastic ones in more recent sets.
I do play an online scrabble-type game with a friend alright, but it is nothing compared to a group sitting around playing together.
