I posted my 63 Impala on craigs. Told it as it is. guy from Arizona HAS to have it. I tell him not worth the trip. find better out west. He said nope. They all were sold to rust belt. So now have to find cheap in rust belt. I told him trunk and dog legs are gone. We go round and round. Will NOT listen. Finally I got photos of everything and posted them. Haven't heard a word from him since.
Since when do people tell you a car is what is really is..how bad the rust is? Usually they lie that is is better than it is. So what good is it to tell the truth.

My Nomad looked just like this one except it had deep dish cragars on the back and narrow ones on the front.
I use to like bikes and classic cars ... but when my EX- boyfriend bought 6th Harley and 3 more cars..

What already is the fixation on 50 vintage Chevy trucks? Not that I mind because I OWN a 49. So picking up Dollar Tree stuff with red trucks. As long as they look correct. Mine is black but, whatever. Still...
Red old trucks on pillows, cups, bags, ornaments, cut outs, lamps...WT? What is the reasoning? Why is my baby popular. Now I did pick up a bag with a 46. And I have seen some maybe 68 Ford? Or 58? But, everywhere are 50ish Chevy trucks. What am I missing?

I’ve wondered the same about 50s trucks. I thought it had to do with four wheel drive abs the movie Giant. Anyways … here is a decent article on 50 ish trucks

I am posting cars for sale on craigs. It always amazes me that no matter what details I include and pics, will get the idiot questions. Listed under parts..am I original owner. So..that magically turns a parts car into a show car? I got one reply on my 63 Impala. I think I know by the name the intent...low rider. After sitting for 30 years..it already IS!
At least I havent had the morons who ask, can I drive it to Florida or Cali. No, but you could TRAILER it there! Who in their right mind thought you could drive a car that is selling under parts for a few hundred?
