I must say it was yummy.I made enough curry to freeze 3 more portions.
I've another visitor calling later so they'll get a slice of the cake with ice cream too.

I'm a very creative cook..My favourite dishes I love to fuss over are Middle Eastern dishes & sauces.

Ali i like my bread mate the Golden Crust I think second to none:
Golden Crust ingredients included dried Gooseberry, Dates, Raisins, Blueberries, Apple pieces, Apricot, Pineapple and Longan fruits.
Freshly ground mixed nuts including Macadamia, Walnuts, Almond, Cashew, Brazil, Hazel, Peanut also Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds.
Laucke easy bakers gluten yeast free multigrain flour from South Australia, I also add organic Coconut flour a part teaspoon of honey, that is all whipped into a batter then steamed and baked in Cuisinart oven for 35 minutes at 90 deg.
Tonight there is a very big oven glowing in the night sky just down the road. but I hope not to use it. Its called a bush-fire oven

I'm a fairly decent cook and lived in France for 20 years, UK for 27 and Spain for the rest!
I tend to cook a variety of different dishes with a bit of twicking here and there because of the experience of the 3 different cultures I add a bit of this and a bit of that ...
I also like to invent dishes especially vegetarian ones....
Food is more fun when shared I find ...
