Well, he gave us some good times with great music. Saw him once as Ozzy, and about 3 times with Black Sabbath. But then he only sung songs of BS where he was the leadsinger on the original records, no Dio or Ian Gillan or Tony Martinstuff, or whoever else sung with BS. A lot of these albums with different singers are way better than the Ozzy stuff.
It's sad he's ill, but what can you expect after a life full of alcohol and drugs?

I was unaware of this, I saw him in concert with Black Sabbath in the mid 70's, It sounds that he is still going to be releasing and new album, and continues to have performances scheduled...This is his website, this one does not speak of his disease...It does show upcoming events Scheduled
