i have wondered if, although most folks are consciously aware that he doesn't usually use a walker, even since his back surgery, ...if it somehow subliminally effects one's subconscious....(sneaking under one's conscious radar and able to effect a juror's opinion.)
i suspect it does.

I'm not sure either way, but I'm leaning closer to thinking the people will see right through it, especially if the jurors followed the Bill Cosby case. 1÷1=2 type thing. Personally, as you mentioned, he wasn't using a walker until this whole thing started.

Never thought about it but I've seen other inmates shackled from the waist to their feet and they didn't require a walker and they didn't stumble either.
