I totally get what she did, but she’s
still guilty, cause she went in the store
and stole, she knew she couldn’t pay
for it, If I was the store owner, I’ll just tell
her don’t come back in the store, or ask
is she willing to do a few hours and pay her
off in cash instead of calling the police for
something minor, there’s more crime out there
that the police needs to attend to

Friskyone: A single mother, working two jobs, steals a loaf of bread and some milk from a grocery store to feed her hungry (child or children) out of desperation, and it's the only time she had done this.

She survives paycheck to paycheck to pay for rent, prescriptions, utilities, gasoline, car insurance, clothing and toiletries. All of which are necessities and food with nothing left over for anything else.

If you were a juror or judge, would you find her guilty and prosecute her or would you find her innocent?
given the facts of the case,..=

stole loaf of bread and milk.
1st time . offence ?
desperation to feed her kids.

1 .guilty of theft as charged.

2 .direct to various services that can help her to meet her and family needs. (inc charity to help provide cost of bread n milk, and return same to store.)

3.if judge take opportunity to register my disgust with powers that be, wasting tax payers money to the tune of trillions on military machines and warfare and rockets to outer space , while countries citizen live in poverty n desperation and struggle to feed their kids.

4. the thought of punishing such a woman is appalling , and down right cruel. she has enough problems as is.

the idea of sending her to to prison is .....barf
the idea of force her to do community service is .....barf
the idea of take kids off her , force adoption is....................barf
the idea of force any kind of programme on her is..........................barf
the idea of send to electric chair is...........................................................barf barf barf

she only stole a loaf of bead and a drop of milk out of desperation to feed her kids.

the thread reminds me of this situation in ireland in earlier times when british government starved n punish their victims.

cheers
