Honestly it shocks me now when someone holds a door open for me.... oh it still happens most times I'm out and about but no longer is it the norm
Cars drive themself now days, I'm 60 and I just want to be able to change my oil, filters, brake pads, rotate my tires without a computer, PhD and special equipment.
And who in the hell decided to charge for air,?
And a decade ago y'all discovered red velvet cake I've got grandma's recipe that's like a scientific experiment.
And it's not cream cheese frosting
It's flour, butter and cream brought to a boil chilled, then whipped with milk and powdered sugar
I've now hit the"life use to be better" age!

i have nothing against digital art but fine art has gone by the wayside. looking for work, nobody wants traditional art: painting or drawing.

Jigsore: 1.Hand written letters - far more personal.
2.Ocean, train and airline travel - far more opulent and dignified than the cramped spaces of modern day travel.
3.Politics campaigning. A candidate would promote his/her virtues as opposed to denigrating the opposition.
4. Gas/fuel/petrol station service where an attendant would wash your windscreen and have a chat while filling your car.
5. Dancing cheek to cheek rather than trying to "Pop it like it's' hot".

Good character was replaced by politically correct. Chivalry at the door disappeared with airconditioning (think about those two sets of doors cramped together). Marriage was undermined by mobility which destroyed the extended family by spreading it out, and that was the main support of the nuclear family. Did I leave anything out?
