Mercedes_00: This child truly did have the best of everything technology wise as well..She had rules put in place for what he was able to access on the net he hated the good rules that were put in place to benefit him..The child's mum was allowed certain visits with this child and every single time he saw his mum he would rebel and act up real bad.
She spent more on this child than what she received form the government.

I do believe society as a whole need to be more involved..Don't second guess yourself when it comes to a child who you really feel is being abused..Okay many might not be abused but it's best to be safe rather than sorry in my book.

first off i expect the people im reporting my concerns to...to actually investigate thoroughly before they make a decision...where the child is at risk i expect them to be removed and not left until they die and then everybody is scrambling to make excuses for themselves while a child lays dead.......

A lot of foster parents only foster kids just for the money and don't care for the child and has no problem abusing the child/children. Very sad.
