galrads: I tried broiling my chickie on a ceramic plate.... didn't turn out work for that plate and ruined it's set.
First of all your sparkling clean oven is exactly like mine
Of course it ruined it..I use to work in a very hot kitchen at a carvery shop..I was in that shop at 4am every morning cooking huge slabs of lamb beef & pork.
I know the ins and outs of perfection when it comes to roasting meat..Yep I can't drive a car but I bloody know how to cook up a storm for real!~
