Those in violation can be charged with a second-degree misdemeanor, which comes with a $750 fine and up to 90 days in jail, however DeWine said he did not expect anyone to be jailed, according to The Columbus Dispatch.------ This thread is Archived ------

We;;. the private owned and commercially run US Prison system always need more labour so, perhaps he could arrange the $750 fine to be paid right away (to fill the coffers) and later on people can go to jail for 90 days when it's 'safer' to be there eh ?Win win win solution eh ?
