I wouldn't spend over a thousand dollars on a LV garment bag... I would spend the most money on the garment itself and buy a decent, good quality garment bag... But that's just me...

well, you can buy a watch for 5 euro's or one for over 20.000. On both you can see what time it is. I see no profit in wasting much money, just to show others that you are having success. Since I got a cellphone (not a smartphone) I can see on it what time it is, don't wear a watch at all anymore.
For a Louis Vuitton I would have to have the certificate of authentication before I even considered making an offer. Too many fakes out there.
True. It was late and I misspelled Vuitton.
Actually we have a LV factory here The Trumps visited when the whole 'investing in America' mantra was perpetuated a couple of years ago. I could get it 'verified' there. But I have a good eye. The stitching etc., is perfect. It's real.

It's not just the stitching Mustang.
Are the colour of the straps even throughout? If so, it’s a knockoff Is the patina more prominent around the top of the handle strap? If so, it might be real Confirm that the style and finish are both correct for what Louis Vuitton makes. Is the trim correct? No feet when there shouldn’t be, correct lining inside? If not, it’s a knockoff. Is craftsmanship flawless? If not, it wouldn’t have made it out of the factory. It’s a knockoff. Does the pattern match at every seam? If not, it’s a knockoff. Is the stitching even and consistent? If so, it might be real. Does the bag have patches? Most likely a knockoff, possibly a vintage French company. Is there a short leg on the “L”? If so, it might be real. Are the “O’s” in the logo very round. If not, it’s a knockoff. Look for the date code. Is it in the right place? If so, it might be real. Does the date code follow the correct format for its age? If no, it is a knockoff. Is the LV on the monogram logo cut off anywhere? If so, its a knockoff. Is the LV logo ever hidden under a strap or seam? If so, its a knockoff. Is there a logo impression heat stamp somewhere on the inside? If so, it might be real. Do the snaps on the hardware have the logo? If so, it might be real. Does the hardware have discolouring or is not brass? If so, its a knockoff. What’s your gut tell you?
I just read how China bought into Italy just so they can stick a made in Italy tag and charge more. The only designer stuff I own I picked up in St. Vinnys or Goodwill for less than 25. I see designer merchandise is better as far as linings, hand bound button holes and fabric. But, most people have no idea what label you have unless it is stuck on your butt like Levi. And if you check on Ebay, you can buy labels for big name designers. I have name brand purses. Except for Coach who also does saddles, they all wear the same as any bag. Even if leather. I am spoiled with Ebay. I scan past the QVC and those on TV and stop to see prices. Amazing..ugly top for only 39.99. Or buy same at Walmart for 15 or Ebay for 6. I did hear once tho that over half of stuff bought on home shopping is returned. PT Barnum must be laughing himself off his cloud.
raphael119: I'm finding a gf for bnaughty, pony boy will be perfect.
The antidote to the meaningless, malevolent and suffering for the way things turned out in your life is to take on more personal responsibility. You need more meaning in your life to offset your hurt. If you don't something hellish will replace the nothingness and lack of decency you emote in your heart. The way you do that is to bear a heavy load. Lose yourself in the service of others. Volunteer. If nothing else do as the Australians do and have a "walkabout". Find your spiritual self. I promise, you'll be glad you did.

Little Jimmy in Bensonhurst NY sells them for no more than $400 each from the trunk of his car. He'll even throw in a LV Garment bag for free. 20% off on bulk.
