Not sure about the bathing thing.
But some sun does wonders for the general well being.
I normally work a permanent night shift and see very little natural daylight.
Those last few weeks since the lockdown and the relative good weather we had since made a dramatic difference on my general mood.
The sunshine heating up your skin, priceless and easy to take for granted
Not looking forward having to go back to the regular job

I've heard that being exposed to sunlight is good but it can also be harmful if you are in it too long.------ This thread is Archived ------
Helps the immune system healthy and possibly protects against respiratory illnesses with right amounts. Too much... blood toxicity. D3 better plus sun. 400–1000 IU's daily good enough.

I love being in the sun. Yes, it adds wrinkles and might provoke skin cancer, but still I love being in the sun :)
