galrads: A lot of People here in the usa fear muslims because their religion is the exact opposite of what the new world society was founded on... Christianity. A lot of U.S.A. Citizens live by our laws, unlike what a lot of muslims here want to do.
Btw why do you think America isn't tolerant. Look at all the different nationalities that immigrated here and mixed in accepting the general culture and society.
No You are misleaded and try to misleading Knowingly or unknowingly Islam is nearest religion to Christianity The same Abrahamic beliefs and values. Muslims have the same respect to Jesus Christ and the Virgin Mary. The Muslims ending prayers by saying Amen Exactly like Christians do . The problem is just the Zionist mainstream media that stereotypes Muslims as a terrible people . In movies , news, cartoon characters, TV commercial advertisement, Always the Arab and Muslims are bad for us . They just brain washed you successfully . After over 70 years from stereotyping and dehumanising.

Pardon me. Please reread what i wrote. I did not say the views I expressed where my own. Meet the Muslim actor who played Jesus of Nazareth. This 24-year old Lebanese-born Haaz Sleiman actor believes that Jesus was a great prophet, not God.
galrads: Regarding pubs ... how can they afford to remain open and in business if they have to limit numbers of people inside? Most pubs and bars inside restaurants here make most of their money on Friday's and Saturday's around here. It is usually standing room only in those areas. I’d think It will probably cost the pub owners more money Just to stay open if they have to limit seating. Btw we’ve had blue skies here since ~ 198u after years working on reducing levels of mobile and stationary pollutiin sources.
i think you'll see a lot of pubs close permanently. by choice or bankruptcy. the rent/lease for a pub is extremely high in vancouver and surrounding areas. and the mark up on booze relies on turnover and numbers. with reduced capacity, they just won't make enough to stay open. i know of a couple pubs that have already closed their doors permanently due to covid.

well, we have limits about how many people are in a pub for many years, only, there is no control. It has to be with safety. What happens when a fire starts, or when somebody starts shooting . We had a pubfire on New Years even 2001 in 't Hemeltje (small heaven) in Volendam - The Netherlands. Many deaths, many wounded. Someone texted me on my cellphone: No sun, no beach but even so I am burned, Greetings from Volendam.
It will be hard for pubs, but it's even worse now. In the Netherlands the state is giving them money, they looked to the income in january, so people that started a pub in february are in trouble, also people with beach-bars. But if I see how many pubs there are sometimes in big cities, all next to each other and a lot of them mostly empty, I wonder how they can survive. I think if a few go bankrupt and there won't be a new pub in the building, other pubs will make more money.

By the way, supermarkets and shops where they sell constructingmaterials, or things like refridgerators, washing machines etc are making huge profits now.
Maybe they can spend some of their profits to help out shops in problems. After all, it's important for everyone that companies keep excisting. They have work, with that work people make money they can spend in the shops. It's a vicious circle.
