Firstly I never listen the the mainstream news coz it's always negative. I always avoid sugar and drink lots of water as well. That's all, no need to over do it just get the basics right and Bob's your Uncle!

I do care , I love to eat good healthy food and drink a good drinks, I do sport and play soccer too.
