Imagine you went on a date with a very hot looking woman and everything about the way she looked was perfect for you...she shared your interests..had the same personality and was like an opened book(she loved sharing her thoughts)...but one problem? Her voice was annoying? Would you still date her or call it a day and move on?
What would women do in the same situation with a man?

What do you do to fill the void? Insert something blocking the pipe from the uncontrolled flow

Nope... Total deal breaker... Voice is extremely important to me... My father was a ham radio operator and all the ladies went crazy whenever he was "on air"... I get the same response from males... A very few lucky ones on here have listened to my voice and I have to say... Nope... I won't say anything...

The voice (its tonality, musicality and diction) totally makes for attraction for me. Latin language speakers have a major advantage, because it's inherent in the pronunciation, phrasing and grammatical construction.
That said, all of nice voice characteristics can be learned. It just takes desire and a little practice with the help of a voice or diction coach. So there is no excuse for someone who self-presents with a flat, nasal, or whiny voice. It's the same as showing up for a first date in dirty clothes or with an unwashed face. Yuck!
