What's this about?
Somebody's brainchild idea of having a wildlife park where visitors can see a range of wild animals, in their natural forest habitat, that used to inhabit this Emerald Isle. Located in Co Donegal, they have a range of animals including wolves, bears, lynx, red deer, wild boar and...monkeys! I was like, yeah too, but apparently monkeys used to inhabit this land, some might say they still do! Fossil evidence of monkeys have previously been discovered at Navan Fort in Armagh.

Unfortunately, the park is currently closed due to Covid-19. Hopefully when restrictions are lifted we can put a visit to this novel attraction in the diary. I am not affiliated with this park. I just thought some may share my enthusiasm.
