does not call for the removal of children or adults from homes under any circumstances,
does not authorize anyone to forcibly enter homes to test residents for COVID-19.
It's about allocation of funds in order to allow COVID-19 testing and contact tracing.
If you want to be diligent about your freedom start learning the differences between fact and the fiction of want beliefs.

Yep so much going around and media distort everything after excuse the term Chinese whispers it becomes a fact.
I often wondered here in England why Trump hated the press or some of it, well now i know because our media have certainly shown their true colours.

This is why we have the second amendment this is why Americans need to be armed to the teeth there are 100's of millions of armed Americans and over a trillion rounds of ammo and no true American solider will obey those orders to invade our homes if he or she does they are not Americans use deadly force .
Trump would not pass this bill only the ugly communist democrats would! The silent majority is no longer silent and we are prepared to go to war here and now I will die killing any govt official trying to come into my house for the reason stated in your post ,
