1. Abolish the Electoral College and vote office by popular vote. 2. Create tax parameter based on an across the board percentage...everyone, including corporations, pay the same. No sweetheart deals.or mandate.

Goes without saying, but agreed...
- we have 52 popular elections, including Puerto Rico and Guam.
- The states choose what to do with their electors and two choose to apportion them, the rest are winner take all. It is the states choice what to do.
- We have proportionality via the EC already. CA and NY are heavily weighted giving the left quite a running start in winning the EC.
- If they want to change the constitution they should go for it.
- It only takes 38 states to ratify and assuming the NY, CA and DC go along they only need 35 to disenfranchise their voters. Should be a slam dunk!
