Fugitives in the Netherlands are almost all founded guilty of criminal behaviour.
Stealing, raping, robbery, starting fires etc.
Most of those fugs ain't welcome to stay, because they're economical fugs and they can go home safely.
Even there have been some murders.

Guess the situation in other European countries is the same.

About 17.500 crimes last year while we have about 27.000 fugs.

Keep the borders closed, also after corona.

last year we visited our friend near Munich. We also went to Ulm and saw loads of fugs doing nothing but messing with others insulting them especially women. We didn't see any police around. It was quite scary! They were well dressed and walked around in groups (young men) like the King.
If German gov keep doing this policy I can imagine how it will look like in 20 years.
