Glad to read you're well.
I'm staying cautious while continuing to live life....although my social life has taken a big crunch.
A screeching halt in fact. sigh

I’m laying down looking up at stain glass panels, each one depicts the season, winter, spring, summer and autumn. They are circa 1850, in good condition. Each one will need to be handled and cleaned so as not to take away their character, age, or get damaged. wine

Hope you save some of that roast beef for when your power goes out from the hurricane that is on the way.

I did a lot of cooking today so that the food I have in the freezer won't spoil when the hurricane hits NC

My daughter has a house on the island which makes her basically on the beach. I live 15 minutes inland from the ocean. We evacuated when Florence was a 4. Two days after we evacuated power went out in the hotel so we didn't have a/c or a way to cook or buy prepared food so we went back home and didn't have power for almost two weeks. She and her husband and two dogs stayed in my house.

What an experience that was laugh

Tough to make a decision where to evacuate because you just don't know where the storm is going. Your daughter lives in an area that has been slammed by hurricanes for the last few years. And you are close to her so it is nail biting time for you too. Having no power is the pits. Can't imagine going 2 weeks without it.
