Every day is a blessing, Pedro... To be alive, to be healthy, to have the most wonderful friends who are inconditional to me... To still be able to help others less fortunate than me (humans and animals)... I don't need anything else in my life... Well, I do... A nice, decent, cute, gentleman in his 50s... Jajajajajajajaajajajajajajja...

My blessing is the knowledge that one day I am going to die, then it's all over, and I'm okay with that. Not that I don't like being alive, but more and more people and institutions like governments are busy making my life less funny.
my son, my husband, my brother, my friends, my talents and abilities, my work history, my painting, being female and canadian, not being in a war, living in a great area, life has been kind to me, ....i could go on and on. i keep a journal. and everyday i start with three things i am grateful for. it was a gift from my husband. sets a tone for the day...and it works for me. thanks for putting up this thread, Pedro. blessings can come in disguise...and you don't always know they are a blessing till much later.
i bought a new jeep. and i hated it for two years. then i was in a bad car accident and my head broke the side window, seat belt on. hated it!! turns out, the jeep saved my life in that accident...any other smaller vehicle and i would of been killed. then i loved my jeep.
but i still hated the accident. went to the Drs, needed an mri. took 8 months to get one. turns out...i had brain cancer and would of died within three more months if it had gone undetected and Drs removed the tumour within 24 hours.. it was discovered in the mri for the car accident. then i loved that car accident...
so ya never know...you might be having the blessing of your life right now...and not even know it.
