Stonehenge one of the oldest monument still standing. No10 in the list of the World's oldest.

Other than that we have to credit the Music industry for some of the greatest groups and singers. Elton John, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones etc.

As one of the oldest country's in the World we have a myriad of history .

Red, that's Tower Bridge not London Bridge.
I think most Americans get them mixed up, even the buyers of London Bridge, rumour has it.

RedHeadedTaurus: Tell it to Fergie Ferg
Its still just a rumour....

"London Bridge was sold to Missourian oil magnate Robert McCulloch in 1968 at a cost of US$2.46million (£1.63million), and shipped piece by piece over the ocean. The bridge is now the star attraction at Lake Havasu City, where it sits in retirement by the lake of the same name, alongside a cluster of ‘Tudor-themed’ shops and restaurants.

However, controversy has long been attached to the purchase of London Bridge, with popular legend suggesting that Mr McCulloch had intended to buy Tower Bridge rather than its flatter, more mundane colleague – and had confused the two structures."

PeKaatje: Well every country got it's own things that they're famous for.
The Netherlands for cloaks, windmills and cheese, and of course the waterworks and the flowers.
England for their humor whiskey and ale, the famous buildings in London, Scotland for it's Haggis, that nobody wants to eat, except the scottish.
Belgium for it's beer and french fries (don't know why they call them french fries), America for it's cars and fat food and fat people, the army, the statue of liberty and the skyscrapers.
Italy for the Pisa-tower, Pizza and spaghetti
And Russia for the Kremlin and Russian Roulette.

Well, let's hear it...
I'm not from Scotland but am in Scotland for the foreseeable. Other than it's whiskey, I'm not sure what Scotland would be best known for but I can't wait for this lockdown to end so I can get into my hiking gear and see the other thing I think Scotland is famous for....the highlands and the islands etc.

I'm surprised Scotland isn't known for it's water too. The only other place I've had such clean, crisp water is Austria...and they're world famous for it....dunno
