IF you had 2 brain cells that fired in sequence you might understand ( and this is the same in Australia and most other nations ) a Limited Liability COMPANY has a separate legal identity to it's owners ( who are known as shareholders )
It's certainly a fact that The Trump Group HAS on several occasions filed for Bankruptcy Protection ...
But SO EFFING WHAT ? It's a legal strategy used by thousands of US Companies annually ?
General Motors used the same strategy and far more people suffered when they did - their Pension Fund (for example) had a $20 BILLION shortfall.
Hertz - division of Ford have used same
CHESAPEAKE - US Fracking Giant did the same
