Today I heard that a lot of pubs, restaurants and barbers raised their prices, so going to the barber here now may cost me 35 euro's. So they want to let us pay the costs for the lockdown. Lot's of people already had less money and work, also a lot even lost their job, and now we have to pay extra. I lost about 900 a month last 3 months. Now I have to pay extra? WTF.
How much does a barber costs in your country? I recall going to England and only had to pay six pounds, about 7.50 Euros. In the Czech republik even about four Euros.

In Ireland a barber charges about 10euro , northern Ireland they're more expensive (when exhange rate is taken in account)...ditto almost everything else except junk food...I dunno about the UK...
I don't know about barbers in Czech..but hairdressers are way more expensive in Czech than here in Ireland...In Ireland a wash and blowddry..no cut, costs anything from 10-15e..in Czech I've been to a few and was charged mostly 25e....The Czech people are really lovely once you get past that sour puss lol...but Czech can be greedy... the Italians however (in Rome anyway) are pure vultures....for money

I shave my head bald every day in the shower. Barber cost problem solved.

Well, I think long hair fits me better, but for my job I need to look handsome, and schools prefer when I have short hair, so I go once a year and let it cut short. If possible, I go while having my holidays. In Vietnam, I also payed 4 euros.
I think it would be good if every man and woman learns how to cut hair in school, then, when you are married barbers and haircutters aren't necessary.

An irritating £11 when they don't take card. They're dodging tax anyway why annoy me further by making me carry a 1? If there's anything positive to come from covid it'll be shaving my own hair off.
