I think people get in different moods sometimes. Those moods are apparent by the threads that are posted. No woman (or man) is perfect here and I don't think a single one of us claim to be or act like it.

Everything is open to interpretation, and virtue, can be one....for me this is a place for like minds to meet, and yes, ptg, different moods, different threads, show different sides of people.

You sound a little cynical there, red, or is it just my interpretation?

I didn't say you did. I took a writers freedom. I took what you said and ran with it......but "over-compensating virtues" would be trying to make themselves look better than they actually are.....which I think loosely translates to trying to appear "perfect".

Then their are those that undercompensate their virtues, and you learn that by reading their post. They do not post their whole life story, but every now and then bit and pieces. A lot of people are humble and don't brag on their virtues.

I'm still not clear on what the OP is referring to. I can't recall any threads that "overcompensated" anyone's virtues, except maybe our late great resident "hero," who rescued Amber Alert kids, stopped speeding locomotives and lept tall buildings in a single bound..but he was a man.
