I'm sure you mean re-program since de-programing would result in catastrophic failure which leads to the bonus of not feeling at all. It is indeed possible though one may need to remove a ton of spam, viruses and coagulated frothing expectations that have resulted in chaotic processing in the OS.

De-programme the mind of what Pedro? Sure even learning how to make a cup of tea is a form of programming...actually almost everything we do that isn't intrinsically creative could be considered as being programming, so be careful of what you want to "de-programme"
