I picked up a second hand exercise bike recently. I've lost fitness during the lockdown/post virus and I can get sunburn on a cloudy day, so it's ideal.
Up until now I've been inconsistent ranging from a good workout through to 'couldn't be bothered'.
I'm game for egging each other on to do a reasonable amount every day.

I did 10k yesterday and today.
cool.........maybe I might but a bike............something added to me fitness
I don't do 'miles' but my village is all steep hills where ever you go and I rarely use my car unless I need to go to the next town... Great for toning bums and legs And carrying the shopping uphill is toning and weight lifting combines

Peaceful yep! On the grid for water and electricity.. wouldn't mind getting solar for the hot water ... There are wind turbines in the area ... more and more solar too...

nice , Solar is a good option here , I have. off-grid solar system at home I am using it from 3 years and want to upgrade soon
Power walking is healthier than running so many miles a day..There is so much dedication & willpower when it comes to health...Muscle weighs more than fat..Muscles need fuel..Looking at you I would go for high protein..I would buy small weights..Anyway that's my two cents worth..Google and study for yourself.
Track16: Scales can lie. Muscle weighs more than fat and when you are working out hard, when you lose the fat, you will actually start getting heavier again even though your in the best shape of your life. If you want to measure results, measure your waist, that will give you a more accurate picture.
