Governor Confirms K-12 Students Who Don't Wear Masks Can Be Charged with a Crime

Herbert issued the mask mandate, for grades K-12, in July. *The reopening of Utah’s public schools has drawn new attention to the edict, which calls for a maximum punishment of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine for showing up without one. The order applies equally to adults and children*, and any charge would be a misdemeanor.

Herbert said Thursday that parents opposed to his order are “a little bit irrational,” according to The Salt Lake Tribune.

Well. The Left with all the so called "peaceful protests" and all the political figures, and bureaucrats (even Dr Fauci) that encouraged it, just bit their nose off to spite their face, and taking the rest of us down with them.

The State of #Virginia is *setting a precedent* by signaling  #MandatoryVaccination for all Virginians is on the horizon.

During an interview that aired on Friday, Virginia’s health commissioner said he plans to invoke state law to make vaccinations mandatory – once a Vaccine is available.



State Health Commissioner Dr. Norman Oliver told 8News on Friday that he plans to mandate coronavirus vaccinations for Virginians once one is made available to the public.
Virginia state law gives the Commissioner of Health the authority to mandate immediate immunizations during a public health crisis if a vaccine is available* Health officials say an immunization could be released as early as 2021.

Dr. Oliver says that, as long as he is still the Health Commissioner, he intends to mandate the coronavirus vaccine.
