be grateful for what you ave and don diss wot u dnt have..pray every morning and evening....chat to ur guardian angel...we have free will and they cannot intervene unless we ask...so start asking...
and always thank them in your prayers or out load for bringing a blessing into ur life.....they love to be thanked...I meditate too....feel very off if i dont....i also write wot im grateful for in my journal and write letters to my angels, the spirit realm, the universe daily...if I have time...I do...It takes work....U must have faith and belief hat god listens to all prayers and answers in accordance to divine timing...but you always get an answer!!!!
