If I recall it cost within the region of £3000 for 2 weeks for 2 people but that was about 1996. The facilities there were amazing such as scuba diving, island evening cruise trips, water skiing. A very posh French restaurant or a small intimate restaurant at the edge of the Island. apart from the main restaurants. The staff were fantastic too . My first taste of B52 cocktails. lol
We went there in late October fantastic weather but flew back in a hurricane.

I’d have to say Israel. Beautiful climate near the Mediteranean, clean beaches, good food and none of the women I met there were inhibited in any fashion... especially in Jaffa.

Here's another fabulous place I stayed at when on a cruise and stay. St. James Bay Barbados
Fabulous island and the Bajans are just so friendly . A crowd of us from the Hotel were taken to swim with turtles north of St James by a local guy on his catamaran. Here's me 20 years ago at the wheel on the way back. Times have changed
Too many to mention, difficult to pick a favourite. But I guess for sheer iisolated beauty Agua Verde would definitely make my top five. Puerto Agua Verde is a remote small fishing village by the Sea of Cortez, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Accessible only by a dirt track, we had to walk the six miles from the nearest road. I spent five days there camping on the beach, it really felt like a privilege to be there amongst such amazing and beautiful surroundings.
Bnaughty: I went to Plymouth once and it was full of these weird alien like humans with bald heads and no expression on their faces, they wore sunglasses too
