Favorite soups: Minestrone, Italian Wedding, Lobster Bisque, New England Clam Chowder, and for when you have a cold, Chicken Noodle Soup. Never had paella but would love to try it someday.

Chilled Spanish Gazpacho is lovely on a hot summers day but the ice cubes in the picture are a bit O.T.T.handshake

Well, thanks germanspitz for the idea. I’ve never been to Spain or England. England was next in my travel bucket list and covid 19 hit. sigh

I never been to Spain or England either. Thinking of spending 3 weeks in London next year if there is a vaccine and travel is back to normal again. I want to buy a 10 day London Pass with access to 80 attractions.

Let's just hope things will get better. I have to fill in a form for when I go back to the Uk on the 9th. You can only fill it in 48 hours before your flight. Stating the address where you'll be staying and the reason why. My friends brother just flew from London to Alicante (Spain) 2 days ago and he had to do the same thing. They didn't check his temperature at Gatwick Airport but they did at Alicante Airport on arrival.

I've only booked a one way ticket and will have to isolate for 14 days when I get there (staying with my daughter and family) They work so it will be easy during the day but I'll still keep my distance for 14 days, for their safety and mine. I'll miss the hugs though when she picks me up from the airport. Very difficult times at the momentcrying
