I guess there are several ways I like them. 1. Omelettes of all kinds, but the basic cheese (cheddar) is a mainstay. 2. (Don’t laugh...) I LOVE three eggs over easy-medium, but they must be intact. Then, I nibble the white until I can get the whole thing in a soup spoon, and in my mouth. Then I let the hot yolk bust. (It bugs me if it breaks before I get this far... )------ This thread is Archived ------

I like my eggs chocolate.....Cadbury mini eggs to be more precise!
Usually I'll have scrambled with green onion and maybe a few bacon bits.
The thought of over easy eggs made me gag a lot. Nope, can't eat a yolk that isn't fully cooked....

add feta cheese, it's very salty and nice, then scramble everything together and well cooked, on a really low temperature but cooked for a bit longer, or just melt some butter and add it when start to cooking the eggs
