I have a very recent story in my life that has restored my faith in humankind. I will try to be brief.
Last week a less than human woman falsely claimed I beat her up. I was warned by friends that she has done this before so she can steal what i own. All i know is i am cuffed and booked in rancho Cucamonga for felony assault with 100k bail. I spoke with sheriffs about this woman and her M O and that i have never done a violent thing in my life. Well something rang true cuz over night chargers were dropped to a 24 hour detention no court to go to case closed.
This is where my angel came into play.
I was released at 930pm no fone no money nothing but the tee shirt and shorts and sandals i wore and i live in 29 palms. It took an hour or more to find the 10 fwy and i stuck my thumb out for over an hour no one would even slow down so i started walking down the 10 fwy i walked all night untill i could not go further a slepted on the sidewalk for 2 or 3 hours tried hitching a ride again but no good so started walking down the 10fwy again i walked from rancho Cucamonga to rialto and my chest was hurting i was stressout not knowing how i would get home and if my belongings would still be there.
Then a car pulled over a lone latino gal at the wheel stopped to give me a ride . she bought me breakfast and drove me 2 hours each way out of her way to get me home and would not take a red cent for her trouble.
This angel of a woman did far more than restore my faith in humankind she literally saved my life cuz just and hour after she brought me home my friend had to take me to the hospital where i had a heart attack.
How do you thank a person enough that saved your life? The way people are they would see me laying on the side of the road and not give a damn but this one gal saw i needed help and provided the help that saved me.
I am forever in her debt and glad to be.

The dance just helped me recharge my batteries and energize myself. What helped me release the pain, was boxing and Tae Kwon Do... until one day when I was training with the team and the instructor told us to lift the leg up to the head, and hold it there for a few minutes, but I couldn't lift my leg too much because I was 6 months pregnant. Because my belly couldn't be seen, and I liked to be active all the time, I tried to behave normally without anyone knowing my secret. When the coach saw that I could not lift my leg, he came to help me and when he pushed my leg up, my belly came out on one side. He was in shock, he stared at my belly and said:- You are pregnant???
- Yes. I said ...
- In how many months?
- 6. I said with a smile on my face.
- Are you crazy? Do you want to put me in jail?
I didn't understand why she was so scared... I guess I was the first pregnant woman he saw in his training
He kicked me out and told me to come back after I gave birth

She replied with a smile on her face "You don't have to do anything for me. What I did for you, do it one day for someone else, no matter who that person is."
After about 4 months, I was on my way to the Mall, and I saw a group of people gathered together and being very agitated. I went to see what was happening, and I saw that in the midst of those people there was a man who had fallen to the ground, he was dirty, bleeding from his head, and had difficulty breathing. No one was doing anything to help him. All I could only hear was "Leave him alone, he's drunk", "He drank until he lost his mind", "He's a pig" and so on.
I started yelling at them, "How do you know he's drunk?", "What if he has a heart attack?", "What if he was your father?" (Because he was an old man), "And what if he's drunk? Does that mean we have to leave him to die here?"
I already had tears in my eyes, because I was very angry for the way those people was thinking, and because I didn't know if I could handle this situation alone. I began to give him first aid because he could no longer breathe, while I called an ambulance to tell me what I could do for him until they came. And yes, he was drunk and homeless, but thank God he is still alive and now he is living a normal life!
Never be discouraged by the wickedness of some people or their negative words. Always do what your heart tells you, and you will be at peace. It doesn't matter who the next person needs help is, just do what that woman did for you!
Ignore negative people.
But ... if they need help, go back and help them. Maybe they will learn something...
