People are often kinder to others than to themselves...
So when you ask "are you kind?" I assume it includes the self... The reason I mention it is because it sets different boundaries to the word kindness
In answer to your question... Yes I am usually kind. Including to myself. That means that sometimes when I say no to someone, they may perceive it as me being unkind....
Would you be kind to a BLM or ANTIFA member who was trying to break into your home to murder you? In 2020 in the US Democrat Congress has removed all need to be kind to any socialist or communist and as a result of this patriots have become more united and kind to each other. Democrats don't even care about illegals, the homeless, or the ghettos they created in the last 50 years... they only care about fraudulently winning the next election in November and hiding their past crimes to dominate anyone who disagrees with their ideology or actions similar to globalists in the UK and EU.

"Peace Sells"
What do you mean, "I don't believe in God"? I talk to him every day. What do you mean, "I don't support your system"? I go to court when I have to. What do you mean, "I can't get to work on time"? I got nothing better to do And, what do you mean, "I don't pay my bills"? Why do you think I'm broke? Huh?
If there's a new way, I'll be the first in line. But, it better work this time.
What do you mean, "I hurt your feelings"? I didn't know you had any feelings. What do you mean, "I ain't kind"? I'm just not your kind. What do you mean, "I couldn't be the president of the United States of America"? Tell me something, it's still "We the people", right?
[Chorus: (repeat)] If there's a new way I'll be the first in line, But, it better work this time.
Can you put a price on peace? Peace, Peace sells..., Peace, Peace sells..., Peace sells...,but who's buying? Peace sells...,but who's buying? Peace sells...,but who's buying? Peace sells...,but who's buying? [n+1 times more] No, peace sells...

Some people are under the misconception that to be kind to others means that you allow them to walk all over you, do what they like while you offer no resistance. This is far from what being kind means. Kindness is not just about kind actions or words, kindness starts with kind thoughts. From those thoughts kind words and kind actions will most likely follow.
But that doesn't mean you shouldn't stand up to aggression and do all in your power to resist any aggression. But what it does mean is you're much less likely to prevent or escalate any further aggression if hatred is in your thoughts and fuelling your subsequent actions.
I think you have to show kindness to only those who deserve it, especially during COVID19 when scammers use kindness to attract victims who are always kind... I've seen some bad cases and many will not be the same in life. Usually, I am polite in daily life... not if someone doesn't deserve it or is taking advantage of less fortunate individuals. As for the lunatics on the street regardless of race looting and burning cities they should be in prison... they are simply psychopaths and violent socialists and communists. Democrats breed and support this.
