I don't think it's ok to use a false profile picture on CS, a tip for the guys, engage as quickly as possible on Skype, its not fool proof, but you get a better idea what she looks like.Which many are.

it's stupid to use other pictures than your own. What if you find the right man/woman, you have a great contact, and then you meet each other. She sees you're not the person on the picture and will not trust you.

I have a free extension to my browser that allows me to use up to 8 reverse image search engines on a photo. I only use 3 of them at the moment and you would be surprised to see what comes up when I use it on the photos on this website. For example I had a pretty woman recently "Like" me on this website. When I did a reverse image search on her photo, she turned out to be a person called Cocaine Lorraine 
on Pinterest and her picture was photoshopped to make her skin a lot lighter than it was. I also use the reverse image searches on my own photos occasionally to see if anyone else is stealing them from me.
