Diversity saved the world previously. Rome was a huge empire but it was not a global culture, there was always an alternative another place where people lived completely different and separate lives. Btw..I've managed to watch the one with the orcas, which I had to pay for, but a bit difficult to understand the guy with no subtitles as he was Argentinean.

There´s another side of this coin, because other films portray totally disastrous situations, happening worldwide and in the future, such as: “Manifest”, “The Hunger Games”, “The Thinning”, “Handmaid´s Tale”, “In Time”, "Equilibrium” and many more, predicting planet earth under the control of authoritarian governments and with the intent on reducing the population, and totally controlling those deemed fit to survive.
Should we regard this as pure entertainment?... Fear-mongering?.... or...
Someone giving us “Fair warning of their intent”?
