I have no idea what rights or non rights differences the indigenous American indians have or not over the people of the US.. But here in NZ the Maori people have certain rights that other groups of people can't have, it's almost like a diplomatic immunity that some people can get when they visit this country;; but it is a right of the Maori people of NZ and most Maori people are not aware of the right, in a very basic way the NZ govt can't convict you in a court of law;; it has to the courts/law of England that can convict you;; Its a thing that was written into the treaty that was signed by Maori and the queens counsel members, not NZ govt members... I will be going to a meeting about this and to sign up on it at the end of the month, i'm looking forward to this meeting and learning more about right that indigenous people have over govts;; not only in this country but everywhere around the world..
As i said i have no idea of any treaty that was sign between native american indians and the US govt, sorry Galrads i haven't the video yet i may watch another time..
