I totally agree with you. Clarity helps to not internalise other people's negativity.
I think it also helps not to "invite toxic people into our life" as well as walking away from those who we notice feed from hate.

Hate has no place in my life and I treat it with the contempt it deserves and walk away from it.

I maybe a bit naive around this but I never realised so many men had such a low opinion of woman. The negative remarks and comments shock me at times. I’m female so I’ve heard the men hating remarks from my friends and don’t like hearing them either.
Every time I read one of these comments all I can think is poor man who hurt you that much.
These are the people that need love the most.
Unfortunately one of the downside to social media and sites like this is people can choose to be whatever or whoever they want and some people choose to be nasty.
