I usually have eggs, either fried or poached or a vegetable omelette or frittata. Today I colored outside the lines and had orange juice and Frosted Flakes. Sometimes a simple meal is cool. Occasionally I like to have a bowl of tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. So old school, but yummy when it’s what you really want. Btw—do you know about spreading mayonnaise on the fried-side-down ? It is super—gotta be quick or it’ll burn...hint with a grilled cheese to avoid burning: when the toast is “ brown”, even if the cheese doesn’t look very melted, take out of pan and put on plate, cover ( foil will work if you haven’t got a lid) and wait about 3-5 mins. That sandwich will be perfect.
