Best tasting Kipper I've had was in the woods with my dad and he lit a fire. Roasted the kippers over the fire and had a cup of tea with water boiled over the fire with little bits of whatever in it.........Now I want a kipper and my dad........

Taralyn: "The Talks" always occur around the kitchen table and we talk about "everything". Started with my oldest and has continued down through him. I felt when they were young that if I didn't have the time to listen to them and their problems (Stacy took my Barbie and married her to GI Joe!!) then they wouldn't have time to talk to me when they were older (Mama, I don't like how a guy treats me. Mine don't really come to me unless it's something serious, other than that they tend to talk to each other ..or just sort it out for themselves. Mind you, they're a lot older than your son, so I'm sorta redundant now in that department
