LeeCharming: Chicken breast in breadcrumb

3 bowls
Bowl 1 consisting of flour
Bowl 2 consisting of beaten egg
Bowl 3 consisting of breadcrumb mix

place the chicken breast in flour...move it around and cover it in flour
Next place the chicken breast in the beaten egg..move it around and cover it in egg
Lastly place the chicken breast in breadcrumb mix..move it around and cover it in breadcrumb mix

You could sprinkle spices over the chicken breast also...before it is place in the fridge for a while...to help everything stick

I cook my fresh chicken breast...for about 30 minutes and it tastes dam good...to be honest...so no KFC for me
Mmmmmmm... Here we have Arturo's which is 9228347546756 times better than KFC... Delicious!...

GeneralBeacon: I agree... more North Italian style or somewhat like this.

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil , divided
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (85% or 90%)
1 medium carrot , finely grated (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 medium yellow onion , finely diced (about 1/2 cup)
4 cloves garlic , finely minced
2 (28 oz) cans crushed Roma tomatoes (I recommend Contadina)
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp dried rosemary , crushed
3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp dried sage
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp salt , or to taste
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 - 1 cup chicken or beef broth , to thin sauce if desired
freshly , finely grated Romano and Parmesan cheese or Mizithra cheese for serving.

BTW Miss, are you married?
Mr. General, if I was married, I wouldn't be on a dating site... I would be... Mmmmmmmmm... devil devil devil lips lips lips laugh laugh laugh

I have never tried stuffed peppers, but some people make them here and they fill them with a mix of rice, veggies and ground beef that looks really yummy... dunno

Melody1671: The bans most eaten here are black ones... And especially, with a national dish called "Pabellón Criollo"...

Haven't had pabellón in YEARS... I think I can cook a lot of meals... But nothing like snails or bugs or sushi... Just "normal" traditional food... All the people that eat what I cook, always want more... But, I have to confess that I prefer to watch while my other half cooks... Or we can negotiate and he does the dishes... Everything can be negotiated...
*Oooopppsss... I meant to say the "beans" most eaten here...

Ok, after COVID19 I'll drop by and the stuffed peppers need to be at least an 8-10 once eaten and tested. I will accept bribes if they're 6.5+. Do you have Brio?

While cooking you need to play this song... ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT.

I have cooking standards.
