Ostrich necks with skin on...are nice to enjoy the full flavour......must be put 1. Into the mouth. Sideways.....(the whole neck).........nicegrin grin

bodleing2: I used to hate liver until someone cooked it properly for me. Most people overcook liver, totally spoils it.
Oh liver cooked properly is delicious Bodleing...here we dip it in flour first and shake off the excess until there's just a light coating...then fry in proper(very hot) lard, but no too long, only til it's just cooked through, add some saute onions and it's really yummy.

Lambs liver is the mild one...pigs liver is a stronger taste...I only get the lambs

Nope, can't stand the smell of it uncooked, can't stand the smell of it cooking. The texture makes me gag.... barf

Give me a plate of mashed potatoes, fried up chicken hearts with onions and gravy.

Yes, cut into fairly thin slivers, dipp in seasoned flour and fry on a hotplate for about a minute each side. Turn off the heat, there should still be a little blood running out, let stand for a minute on the hotplate to finish cooking. The result should be super tender tasty lambs liver...thumbs up
