I was admiring that photo earlier and not just for the very fine cat.

The colours and spatial balance are very appealing.

I thought it looked like a bit like a period setting, maybe late Victorian...right up until I noticed the aspidistras were in fact...ummm...catnip. laugh

wow confused Went over past pages and now instead of hhtpwhatever, the picture of Tumbler shows? So..it takes time? What did I click on? Guess I will have to try another and see.
My herd of cats are never taught here kitty kitty. That way no one can steal them by calling the obvious. Also, growing up on a farm, learned it was easier for me to speak critter than them to speak human. So when I want my cats, I use cat... meow the different tones for the different meanings. When I want the herd I use the loud MEOW MEOWRROORR. Yesterday when I fed the morning kibbles, one of the half wilds darted across the parking area under my truck in its carport. So when I heard a cat meowing, went on deck..huh? must be her.
So today I heard a cat again.dunno confused Now, my boarder had been in the garage across the yard a couple days ago. I had asked him, sure no cats inside..nope. Thought, go track the cat cause that is a distress meow.
Opened the overhead door and meowed. MEOOOOOOWWWW. There up on the sill by the door was a cat. Tried to call it down..went into lawn...cat tried to climb over and off door...gave up. Other cats of course heard me meowing so not I have several cats by garage.mumbling doh Went away and called them back. One male, Bro and a kitten went to check out garage cat. Bro tried to climb up stuff. I yelled go up on bench. He finally did, cat saw him and out she came. It was Lynx , a half wild. So I never noticed her missing. Then Bro wanted to explore the garage!frustrated Finally he came out and I shut the door.
When I asked boarder he said, oh thought a cat had raced past but not sure. NEXT TIME BE SURE!!very mad
