bodleing2: It reminds me of when a friend coerced me into going to a 'laughter yoga' event a few years ago. It was over a weekend and I reluctantly said I'll just go on the Saturday. Turned out I've never laughed as much in my life, so much so that I went on the Sunday as well. There were about 100 attended and once the laughter started, maybe forced initially, it spread like wildfire even to the extent of helplessly rolling around on the floor with laughter. My stomach muscles were sore for days after. The second day was more about the nature of laughter and the range of benefits it gives, we're are much more than you'd imagine. I read recently that even forced laughter is good for you, as the body can't tell the difference between genuine laughter and force laughter. So, go on everyone, look in the mirror and have a good old laugh....this might be easier for some than others...
