clinton inherited an economy drom the reagan policies. he did very little except to sign our jobs away as they came into being and then set us up for the housing crash he deregulated. one year of a roughly a $50 billion dollar surplus doesn't make him a good leader.

bush jr's did nothing for the country and obozo compounded things with taxes, fines, mandates, over reach and regulation, including helping the spread of global terrorism.

As for the best U.s. president?

I can't readily say. silent Cal was pretty booming; then his successor started a bunch of laws, regulations and mandates. we didn't last long after that, according to history, before another collapse about that same time. some blame cal even though it wasn't his policies as the depression hit. some blame hoover. either way, the stock markets crashed and the dust bowl didn't help.

I do have to say, in spite of a criminal party engrossed with removing him rather than work on the things they lied about to the people as far as healthcare improvements, and more; Trump actually accomplished more in keeping his promises than any I've seen in my life time. Right down to more peaceful solutions in the middle east.

I still can't say who the best was but i have been able to see an actual leader accomplish much against all the odds against him. He did it in spite of major opposition and the policies actually worked for the country.
