Did Biden Win The Election? (2)

According to the news media Biden unofficially won the election and will officially win when all the ballots are finished being counted. However, there is a rumor going around that the ballots in 10 states have a secret and hidden watermark that basically registers every ballot in the state. If the watermark is missing on the recount, the ballot is a replacement for the original ballot or unofficially added proving fraud. The national guard was called out to the10 states where these marked ballots where mailed to voters and are on standby. Things will get very interesting if this is true. A lot of people could be headed to jail and an officially elected president may take a lot longer than expected. As Gomer Pyle would say “Surprise, Surprise!”
