There's no veggies in the tater...... but still looks awesome.

I'm doing Christmas dinner today so I can have all the chicks here. I'll do it all again on Christmas Day but I'll be missing a chick then....... crying

Taralyn: There's no veggies in the tater...
There's about an inch of chopped spring onion (scallion?) sprinkled on the top.

Gal counts each bit to make up his five a day. giggle

I tried really hard to see a few shreds of carrot, but no matter how optimistic I was, it still looked like orange cheese.

I could have eaten that when I ate red meat!!

Would have come with a side dish of mixed leaf salad type greens like rocket, chicory, scarole with a French mustard dressing or tender thin green beans with olive oil and garlic....

That's how my grandma loved to eat her prime rib, really rare. For me, I need it cooked just a bit more than that.

At any rate, I'm sure you enjoyed every bite - even if your tater wasn't at all loaded with veggies giggle
